Made to order in Canada

Standard replacement labels are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. N64 holders take 2–6 business days. Custom artwork and larger sets may need additional time if details or a proof require confirmation. Delivery time is additional to production time.

Shipping

Available shipping services and prices are shown at checkout. Standard letter mail for labels is untracked and does not include carrier scans. Choose a tracked service when delivery confirmation matters, especially for time-sensitive or high-value orders.

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and collected at checkout. For other international destinations, buyers are responsible for applicable customs charges, duties and taxes that are not collected at checkout. Customs delays are outside our control.

Cancellations

Contact us within 2 hours of purchase to request a cancellation. Include your order number.

Returns and exchanges

Our shop does not offer discretionary returns or exchanges on made-to-order products. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or has another problem, contact us with the order number and a description so we can help resolve it.

Missing delivery

Email contact@fbretrogames.com with your order number and destination country. We will check the dispatch details and help determine the next step. Untracked letter mail has no carrier scan.
