Cancellations

To request a cancellation, email contact@fbretrogames.com within 2 hours of purchase and include your order number.

Problems with an order

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or has another problem, email contact@fbretrogames.com with your order number and a description so we can help resolve it. Include photos where they help explain the issue.
